Return and Work Order Policy

Firearms, NFA items (silencers and short-barreled rifles), and ammunition sales are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Laser engravings, layaway payments, and special orders—including custom orders and pre-order deposits—are non-refundable. Deposits, whether full or partial, will only be eligible for a refund if Rules of Engravement cannot fulfill the order within a 12-month period. (Twelve months from the posted date above must have elapsed before a refund can be issued by check.)

All other items are returnable within 14 business days with the original receipt and original packaging (subject to a 25% restocking fee).

Completed work orders must be picked up within 24 hours of completion notification; otherwise, a charge of $10 per day per item will be applied. Transfers or firearms not picked up within 60 days will be considered surrendered for storage restitution.

All FDLE non-approvals or decision pendings will incur a 50% restocking fee.
By purchasing through Rules of Engravement, either in-store or via our website, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions, and understand that any chargebacks or disputes will be subject to collections and fees. The undersigned agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Rules of Engravement from any and all costs, expenses, or liability, including but not limited to the cost of any settlement or judgment made or rendered against Rules of Engravement, whether individually, jointly, or in concert with the undersigned.
